The issues he raises don\u2019t only impact on those with mobility issues, but\nalso anyone with a pushchair or sight problems. There are a number of streets,\nsuch as Maunder Avenue, where there is simply no pavement and I found myself\nwalking in the road for fear of upsetting any householders (I wasn\u2019t sure if it\nwas part of their front garden!) but I can easily see how it would become a\nrutted and a trip hazard in the summer and a muddy quagmire in the winter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/drhayleywhitaker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/KR-pic-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-80\" srcset=\"https:\/\/drhayleywhitaker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/KR-pic-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/drhayleywhitaker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/KR-pic-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/drhayleywhitaker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/KR-pic-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/drhayleywhitaker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/KR-pic-1140x855.jpg 1140w, https:\/\/drhayleywhitaker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/KR-pic.jpg 2016w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>If I am elected I have pledged to work with Phil to address\nthese issues with CBC and the consortium. Moreover, with the recent approval for\n1500 new homes, its essential we acknowledge the lessons learned from Kings\nReach in terms of access to buildings, use of materials such as cobbles and\nproviding sufficient parking for the homes that are being built. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019ve attached a <a href=\"https:\/\/drhayleywhitaker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Kings-Reach-Mobility-Issues-R.pdf\">leaflet<\/a> that Phil was kind enough to send me, which includes his contact details.
